LeagueFuze Terms of Service

LeagueFuze is a fantasy hockey league management and draft pick tracking platform operated by LF Interactive Entertainment Inc. By using LeagueFuze, you agree to use the service responsibly and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or league integrity.

LF Interactive Entertainment Inc. may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account. You should only sign in using an account you control and should not attempt to access another user's account or league data without permission.

LeagueFuze may use your email address to identify your account and connect you to leagues or tracker leagues where you have been invited or assigned.

LeagueFuze stores information created through league activity, including team names, GM names, rosters, draft picks, trades, settings, invites, and related league records.

Information that is part of a league or tracker league may be visible to other members of that league. Do not enter information into LeagueFuze that you do not want relevant league members to see.

League managers and commissioners are responsible for how they run their leagues, including league rules, disputes, roster decisions, draft pick tracking, and trade decisions.

You agree not to misuse LeagueFuze, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or overload the platform, upload malicious content, impersonate others, harass other users, or use LeagueFuze for illegal activity.

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or remove access to LeagueFuze if we believe abuse, security risk, fraud, harassment, attempted unauthorized access, or other harmful behavior has occurred.

LeagueFuze is currently free to use during its soft launch. No paid subscription or fee is currently required to create or participate in leagues or tracker leagues.

LeagueFuze may introduce optional paid features, including ad-free access and premium league-management tools. The price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation terms, refund policy, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before any charge applies.

LeagueFuze relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, notifications, analytics, and hockey data. Your use of LeagueFuze may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

LeagueFuze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL, ESPN, Yahoo, Google, Apple, or any other fantasy platform or hockey organization unless explicitly stated.

LeagueFuze is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We try to keep the service reliable, accurate, and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or perfect data accuracy.

Fantasy sports tools depend on external data sources and technical systems. Delays, outages, incorrect data, or sync issues may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LF Interactive Entertainment Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from league disputes, data errors, service interruptions, or use of the platform.

LeagueFuze is a hobby and league management tool. Users and league managers remain responsible for reviewing league activity and resolving league decisions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of LeagueFuze after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
