Terms of Service
LeagueForge Terms of Service
Last updated: April 24, 2026
These terms are a basic agreement for using LeagueForge. They are meant to keep the platform fair, secure, and useful while it grows.
Using LeagueForge
LeagueForge is a fantasy hockey league management and draft pick tracking platform. By using LeagueForge, you agree to use the service responsibly and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or league integrity.
LeagueForge is currently provided without fees. We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account. You should only sign in using an account you control and should not attempt to access another user's account or league data without permission.
LeagueForge may use your email address to identify your account and connect you to leagues or tracker leagues where you have been invited or assigned.
League Content and Visibility
LeagueForge stores information created through league activity, including team names, GM names, rosters, draft picks, trades, settings, invites, and related league records.
Information that is part of a league or tracker league may be visible to other members of that league. Do not enter information into LeagueForge that you do not want relevant league members to see.
League managers and commissioners are responsible for how they run their leagues, including league rules, disputes, roster decisions, draft pick tracking, and trade decisions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LeagueForge, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or overload the platform, upload malicious content, impersonate others, harass other users, or use LeagueForge for illegal activity.
We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or remove access to LeagueForge if we believe abuse, security risk, fraud, harassment, attempted unauthorized access, or other harmful behavior has occurred.
No Fees
LeagueForge is currently free to use. No paid subscription or fee is required to create or participate in leagues or tracker leagues at this time.
If paid features are introduced in the future, those terms will be presented separately before any charge applies.
Third-Party Services
LeagueForge relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, notifications, analytics, and hockey data. Your use of LeagueForge may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
LeagueForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL, ESPN, Yahoo, Google, Apple, or any other fantasy platform or hockey organization unless explicitly stated.
Service Availability
LeagueForge is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We try to keep the service reliable, accurate, and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or perfect data accuracy.
Fantasy sports tools depend on external data sources and technical systems. Delays, outages, incorrect data, or sync issues may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeagueForge and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from league disputes, data errors, service interruptions, or use of the platform.
LeagueForge is a hobby and league management tool. Users and league managers remain responsible for reviewing league activity and resolving league decisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Continued use of LeagueForge after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
