LeagueForge Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
LeagueForge is a fantasy hockey league management and draft pick tracking platform. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep the footprint intentionally small.
Information We Collect
LeagueForge is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. When you sign in, we use your email address to create or identify your account.
You may choose to enter league information such as a GM name, team name, league name, rosters, draft picks, trades, invites, and league settings. This information is part of the league experience and may be visible to other members of the same league.
We may also store basic authentication metadata, technical logs, and security-related information needed to operate, debug, and protect the service.
Google Sign-In
LeagueForge uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, LeagueForge uses your email address to create or identify your account.
LeagueForge does not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, or other Google account content. LeagueForge does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or sale to third parties.
LeagueForge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Information
We use information to let users sign in, manage leagues and trackers, invite league members, display league activity, record rosters and draft pick ownership, process trades, and maintain the integrity of league history.
We may use technical information to troubleshoot bugs, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and keep LeagueForge secure.
How Information Is Shared
League data is shared with members of the relevant league where that information is expected to be visible, such as team names, GM names, rosters, draft picks, trades, and settings.
We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email, notifications, analytics, logging, and similar operational needs. We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect LeagueForge, its users, or the security of the service.
Storage and Security
LeagueForge uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit data collection and access to what is necessary to operate the platform.
Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some league records may need to be retained for league integrity, historical recordkeeping, security, or legal reasons.
You can revoke Google account access at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
Children
LeagueForge is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
